Custom projects
- Advance payments cover discovery, planning and resource allocation and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date; any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
Software licences and subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests for annual or lifetime licences are considered within 7 days of purchase if the software has not been substantially used.
How to request
Email us with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
